Processing Time
All S.M.U.T. orders are packed with care by our small team. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Subscription boxes ship on a set monthly schedule — typically during the first full week of each month.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your box.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. only).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your address before completing checkout. S.M.U.T. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our boxes are curated, seasonal, and contain limited-run items, all sales are final.
However, we want you to love your S.M.U.T. experience. If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos if applicable
We will gladly replace damaged items when possible or find an appropriate solution.
Cancellations
Subscription customers may cancel anytime before the next billing date. Once a box has been billed/processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items or boxes.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us at hello.smutclub@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
International Shipping
At this time, S.M.U.T. ships within the United States only.
